Having the city of Astoria or Oregon Department of Transportation to install crossing lights in the

I think people should sign this petitition because it is a safety issue in all reality to all who walks across to the bakery and to the apartments in that area.  They are crossing signs but that is not enough its the visual aspects of the area. It is dark in that area during the winter no one can see you trying to cross,  and drivers do not pay attention.
