Oppose rezoning of currently zoned agricultural land between Snyder Rd, West Millport, Buckwalter, Woodcrest Rd and Erbs Quarry Rd to Quarry Zoning

To prevent the expansion of Rohrer's Quarry on farmland east of the current quarry bordered by Snyder Rd, Erb's Quarry Rd, Woodcrest Rd, West Millport Rd and Buckwallter Rd in Warwick Township. This land is currently zoned for Agricultural use.  If rezoning to Quarry use were granted, the possibility for large scale surface mining could occur significantly reducing quality of life for area residents, negatively impacting home values and potentially increasing damage to foundations of homes through blasting. The Quarry is currently testing these properties through a coring process.  You can see wooden stakes in the ground and machinery on the properties in question.
