Take Action: Help Children In Crisis

Ahmed, 11, is a Syrian boy who lives with his family in Lebanon. He goes to the ADRA Learning Center as a 4th grade student. A decade ago, his family fled the war in Syria and sought safety in Lebanon. They now live in the city of Baalbek, in the Beqaa Valley, 42 miles northeast of the capital of Beirut. His father, mother, two brothers, a sister and himself stay in a home that is a makeshift tent made of tarpaulins and various scraps.

It stands on a small lot located in the outskirts of the city.  Right now, ADRA is helping displaced and refugee children in Lebanon who have lost access to education due to conflict and instability. With your support, we can ensure their learning doesn't come to a halt—and their dreams don't fade away. This is just one of the many ways ADRA is serving humanity.

We can't do this work without the support of people like you. Everything we do is made possible through an international community of people taking action in a number of different ways.

We deliver emergency relief and development assistance to individuals in more than 100 countries—regardless of their ethnicity, political affiliation, gender, or religious association. By partnering with local communities, organizations, and governments, we are able to deliver culturally relevant programs and build local capability for sustainable change.

Can you take a stand today for people like Ahmed? Will you pledge to support this important international development work?
