I Pledge to Care About Women and Children in Poverty

It's not always easy to look in the face of hunger, suffering, and poverty. Plenty of people choose to ignore it. Plenty of people choose to look the other way.

But if we ever want to ease the burden shouldered by too many billions subsiding on less than $1 a day, it means that we must pay attention – and we must act.

That's the CARE way – and it's your way too. We refuse to stand by and let a child go hungry. We believe that we have an obligation to help those with less. As long as there is pain and suffering in our world, we believe we must act. Take the pledge to say 'I care' about our fellow human beings.
