Continue the ability for licensed premesis to continue to serve alcohol until 4 a.m. in Erie County New York
By signing this petition you disagree with the idea to close establishments that serve liquor at 2 a.m. This would have a negative financial affect on all agencies that collect tax revenue from such liquor sales, all owners of such establishments, all liquor distributors as well as all employees of such establishments.
In our opinion there has not been any substantial evidence to prove why such establishments should close at 2 a.m. instead of the current time of 4 a.m. in Erie County New York.
Hello friends. As you see, the "establishment" is once again trying to control how businesses operate. A handful of people get an idea and try to "shove it down our throats". What statistical data has been presented, proven and agreed upon by the people this change will affect. We need to start to show the political agenda of a few is not best for everyone. We need to take the control back. We are suppose to live in a Democracy (defenition: a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives. Control of an organization or group by the majority of its members). Let's not forget this as some elected officials and people in "power" have obviously done.
