Tenants of number fourty-seven Cromwell Place have caused nothing but anti-social behavior upon moving in five years ago. They have committed actions in the following anti-social behavior categories:

• Vehicle anti-social behavior with both the elderly and disabled.
• Intimidating several neighbours
• Harassment to neighbours
• Verbally abusive to neighbours and their visitors.
• Victimizing the vulnerable
• Cause animal nuisance most of day and night.
