The Horry County Environmental Services Animal Shelter needs support. They are attempting to significantly improve the care of the animals and need additional funding next fiscal year, beginning July 1, 2005.
If you love animals the way we love animals, please sign the following petition. The Horry County Environmental Services Animal Shelter needs your support. They are attempting to significantly improve the care of the animals and need additional funding next fiscal year, beginning July 1, 2005.
By signing this petition, you will be telling the Horry County Council that animals are important to you, and you want more of your tax dollars directed toward improving their health and welfare at the Horry County Animal Shelter on Hwy 701 in Conway, SC.
Budget decisions will be made between February and May of 2005, so please notify your district County Councilman and County Chairman by phone. Tell them 1) monies to increase the quality of life and health for the animals that must stay at the shelter, as well as 2) paid staff to properly care for them (instead of the current inmate labor), should be a priority of this year! The animals appreciate your support!
