Make Burns Night (25 January) an annual celebration in the UK

We are very good at celebrating our great English writers and those from further afield, but somehow Rabbie Burns seems to be forgotten, except in Scotland and by Scots across the world. Being of Scottish decent I think it is time he was remembered properly in all of Great Britain.
