We the undersigned residents of Miami Dade County, are concerned citizens and oppose the approval and installation of the above mentioned item. This proposed initiative if approved, will potentially devalue our properties and create additional negative impacts to our community. This will subsequently hinder the full enjoyment of our properties due to drastic decline in northern facing aesthetics, new potential safety risks and undue financial burden of declined property values.

We implore our Community Zoning Appeals Board to vote "no" on the applicant's request.
