DOUBLE penalty for crimes against kids!

My name is David jimenez, and im starting this petition for the simple fact that we cant turn on our tv's or open our newspapers without seeing some cruel and harsh crime commited against the ones that cant protect themselfves, that depend on us for love, nurishment, affection and protection. i saw a video of a little boy being tormented and tortured by of a group of gang members online, it wasnt just the torture that made my blood boil but there was bystanders walking past and watching this poor little boy cry out for someone to stand up for him and no one did. Thats what inspired me to take some kind of action. i dont know exactly where this petition will take me but i need to try something, i need us to be aware and protect our youth, the beautiful kids of tomorrow.. so please stand up with me and take this stand against child abuse, lets bring it to Washington with 2million signatures strong!
