We demand the Houses of Parliament to NOT use TAX PAYER’S money to fund the trip to the USA in 2019

The USA is not part of the Common Wealth. Official meetings are to be scheduled in Washington, New York, (where Princess Beatrice lives), and California, (where they will also join Meghan's mother).

Meghan Markle has yet to properly resolve her own personal issues with her family in the USA. This demonstrates she is ill-equipped for the qualities required as an official. 

Therefore, she is incapable of acting as a representative or as an official of Great Britain with authenticity. 

In this uncertain economic climate, and homelessness at a high, it is, therefore, an insult to the British public and outrageous to allocate tax payer's money for the USA trip in 2019, including the costs of all hers/his outfits and personal grooming, staff, plus travel expenses being paid by us the TAX PAYERS of the British public.
