Now the USA needs to watch out for fake settlements that is done before going to civil court trial or criminal court trial

Every settlement that is done before going to civil court trial or criminal court trial must be done with both the defendant and offendent's lawyers present doing the time. The defendant's lawyer and the offendant's lawyer must be present doing the settlement. The offendent shouldn't go to defendant to do a settlement without a lawyer and the defendant cannot to go to the offendant to do a settlement without a lawyer. Both lawyers have to be there, also the settlement must be done in court in front of a judge, jury, audience and in front of cameras to show video of the settlement so the world can see.
