This Petition, shall determine, the fates, of thousands, of this City of Louisville, Kentucky, present, future, low-income, poverty level, Families, Single Mothers, Pregnant Women, and for all of these, defenseless, children, infants, newborns, unborn.
Ever since, twenty years, ago, is this greedy, evil, unconscionable, racist, bigot, monopolizing, depot, tyrant, oppressor, overlord, City Government of Louisville, Kentucky, Housing Authority, Director, Timothy Barry.
Who ever since, is held accountable, responsible, to distribute, multi-millions of federal, Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), non-profit, HUD Grants, HUD Section 8, low-income, rents assistance, federal, funds.
Who is held, accountable, responsible, to inspect, prior-to, thereafter, annually, all of these City, low-income, HUD Section 8 Choice Voucher, recipients, chosen, apartments, to ensure that they are, fit, decent, safe, sanitary, healthy, habitable, living, housing, conditions.
Who since, is conspiring, with all of these City, multi-family, apartments, Slumlords, Property Managers, to pocket, these HUD federal funds.
Why he is purposely, disallowing, all of these thousands, of this City, low-income, poverty level, Families, Single Mothers, Pregnant Women, from choosing, where to lease, live.
Why he is inspecting, to fraudulently, Pass, not to Fail, all of these Slumlords, buildings, apartments, City, HUD, housing, health, codes, violations, and why they all remain, unfit, indecent, unsafe, unsanitary, unhealthy, uninhabitable, condemning, living, housing, conditions.
How he is purposely, placing, exposing, all of these unsuspecting, thousands, of this City, low-income, Families, Single Mothers, Pregnant Women, into all of these apartments, concealed, airborne, health hazardous, bio-hazardous, asbestos, lead based paint dust particulates, carbon monoxide, black molds, mycotoxins, human, rodents, bats, birds, feces, urine, infectious, bacteria's, fungi's, diseases.
Who is wantonly, exposing, causing, aggravating to cause, thousands, of this City, low-income, Families, Single Mothers, Pregnant Women, defenseless, children, infants, newborns, unborn, permanent, physical, mental, health, harms, and deaths.
Why he is, especially, exposing, thousands, of these surviving, low-income, children, infants, newborns, unborn, to cause their permanent, mental harms, to purposely, cause their, aggressions, anxieties, depressions, memory loss, vision loss, attention deficit disorders, learning disabilities, school dropouts, criminalization's, to ensure that they shall remain in poverty.
Why he is purposely, never, removing, relocating, any, of these thousands, of sickened, complaining, low-income, Families, Single Mothers, Pregnant Women.
Why he is, purposely, causing, forcing, these thousands, of loving, caring, Mothers, Father, Single Mothers, Pregnant Women, to vacate, break their leases, court evicted, homeless.
How he is, purposely, fraudulently, awarding, all of these City, for-profit, Slumlords, Property Managers, with non-profit, HUD, Emergency Shelter Homeless Grants.
Why he is, purposely, placing, all of these thousands, of low-income, sickened, homeless, Families, Single Mothers, Pregnant Women, whom he caused to be sickened, homeless, into all of these vacated, infested, infected, poisoned, diseased, contaminated, vacant, apartments, and why he caused to be vacant.
Who is causing, these never-ending, vicious, cycles, of wanton, felonious, endangerment's, wanton, tragic, felonious, reckless, homicide, grievous injustices, social injustices, crime against humanity.
Who is violating, 1st Amendment, Civil, Rights, Human Rights, to include, denying, all of these Children's, rights for their educations, their Human Rights, for fit, decent, safe, sanitary, healthy, habitable, living, housing, conditions.
You, the Governor of Kentucky, must forbid it.
