Hold the Metro Detroit area Department of Human Services and Child Protective Services accountable for negligence, failure to report investigations from certain case managers, and refusal to conduct investigations on probable cause.

I filed an investigation on my wife at the time to CPS prior to separation/initial divorce proceedings even getting underway to build a fact and concrete evidence based case for my desire to get a divorce and what was in the best interests of the safety and well being of my daughter and why I should get punitive damages against my now ex's family for enabling her behavior and providing fact based evidence and all of their questionable mental health. My daughter even has a separated shoulder from her maternal grandmother which the original case manager at CPS Joanna Wright failed to acknowledge as well as the court. Needing compliance for a neutral third party investigation into aforementioned case managers employment with the Department of Human Services and why she didn't put the case on file or refused to investigate, as well as current compliance with CPS to conduct an investigation in my daughters mother and her family.

I have even attempted to involve the  FOX 2 Problem Solvers, WXYZ Investigators, higher authorities, and other media outlets to hold the Macomb County Court, Judicial Tenure Commission, State Bar Association accountable.
