Charge Animal Torture as TERRORISM

Laws regarding animal cruelty arent enough to prevent it from happening and the punishment for these heinous "misdemeanor" acts are rarely more than a slap on the wrist. We ask that you move these cases into Felony Terrorism. One cannot deny that these helpless animal victems are terrorized.

Recently we have seen a dog beheaded with a chainsaw, and a cat put in a microwave and thrown from a three story building.
