In July 2007 my five year old daughter came to me and said that "Daddy touches my privates and I touch his". At this time we had been split up for a week, so I called him and questioned him on my daughters allegations, he immediately denied these allegations, therefor I called the police and they investigated and questioned Michael, he then confessed, finally on September 11 2007 on his 4th court appearance him and his lawyer entered a GUILTY plea, his lawyer is trying to help him get nothing but probabtion. I am here as my daughter's voice, trying to make sure that he gets more than probabtion, you as a parent should understand the meaning of having your child hurt and doing anything possible to keep your child safe, please help us and sign this petition.
Our target is 500 signatures to show the courts just how we as parents or people think that our justice system needs to help us protect our children. Giving a convicted sex offender probation is not protecting our children. We all need to take a stand and show the world that our society and justice system needs a change.
