Stop the bullying of disabled children

Jake is my 10yr old son. He has Translocation Down Syndrome. Jake has been teased through most of his life. He came home from one daycare with "Beast" written up and down his arms in permanent ink. He was beaten at school and the new slang word is "Retard" He doesnt say many words but he knows when he is being teased. These children know they are different, they dont need to hear it everyday.
