Education in countries

Unfortunatly in third world countries children are becoming poorer and poorer... Leading them to have a lack in their education. Unemployed people are walking around the streets doing nothing, the government should instead of building unnecessary buildings and spending money on stuff that isn't important,start having a look into the education part of their country! This petition may help the government see what has been happening right under their noses...
