Stop Mondovi, Wisconsin from Exterminating Geese!

The city of Mondovi, Wisconsin, is planning to conduct a Canada Goose extermination sometime after June 15, 2017. This barbaric practice consists of geese flocks being rounded up, thrown in a gas chamber, and left to die as they watch their mates and babies die an agonizing death.

There are numerous humane alternatives to control the geese population. The Humane Society of the United States of America recommends site aversion and egg addling as effective solutions to overpopulation. Please urge the city to seek out these alternatives, and not resort to senseless cruelty.

Unfortunately, I have bad news to share. I am devastated to announce that town of Mondovi resorted to senseless cruelty, and conducted the extermination today, June 30th. I would like to thank everyone who signed the petition for their compassion. I am hopeful that if we continue uniting together in the future, we can prevent further tragedies like this from occurring. Thank you all again.
