I have written a book in which I develop a new and true theory which explains the forces and mechanisms involved in the reality of paranormal phenomena. The world has been waiting 136 years for this book. The science of parapsychology (the study of the paranormal) has been embarrassed so far by its inability to perform experiments which are replicable, giving the same results when and wherever performed. My Theory shows and explains the reasons for this inability. My findings have endowed me with the ability to form strong telepathic connections; I think of someone and am instantly in telepathic contact, a contact which will stay as long as I think of them. By telepathic contact I mean a feeling at least and possibly words too. Unfortunately one of my contacts is mentally very much like myself except that he is an extremely unpleasant person whereas, hopefully, I am a nice one. This similarity means that he has acquired similar telepathic powers to those possessed by me, and he has consequently become an utter pest. Things are not quite so bad now as they were - he was upsetting my sleep, my sex life and everything I did. He cast a blight over all of my life and at one point I was driven near to suicide, His latest tactic in tormenting me (for no apparent reason) is to threaten to hurt my sister if I don't do as he says. I tried telling the police but they can't recognise telepathy as a causal agent which is why I am putting out this petition to add a new law. Incidentally, 'telepathy' means 'far feeling'.
