Ex-Convictes

Let's say Your parents got killed by someone who was Sentenced for life .. but they got out on parole. He/she got came out and study matric and got funded by Government Bursary ( NSFAS) He/she started working but you were denied NSFAS for some reasons,,
And you don't have someone to pay you to study futher .

I say it's not fair isn't? .
