Hello madam or sir, boy or girl
I am a dutch boy of 11 years old and I hope that you will take the time to read this cry for help and respond to it.
The point is, since the beginning of October I am elected as being an animal ambassador in the Netherlands. This "job" is a voluntary one and I am supposed to get as many votes as possible for a special bird (the scarlet ibis) which is endangered in South America, they are being hunted for the feathers and to eat them. This project is funded by the Dutch Association of Zoos.
I wrote a poet on this but when I translated it it does not rhyme anymore, could you please ask everybody you know and who cares about nature and birds to help too, thank you very much.

So hello My name is Kerim and I care about animals
especially for birds which spin in the air
as animals or birds themselves can not speak,
I want to help them this year,
My main job? I am helping the scarlet ibis!
They are being hunted they are eaten, their chicks taken away,
