Demand the Town of Zwolle Makes a Change for the Better

The town of Zwolle has no ordinance against unsightly debris (such as broken down cars in yards, condemned homes, junk piles, etc.) and can therefore do nothing to demand that citizens remove unsightly or dangerous items from their private property. We want this to change. We want our town to be safe for the residents, children, and visitors.
