A horrifying video from northwest Portland shows a man violently attacking a dog by slamming the animal into a wall, repeatedly punching him, and leaving the terrified dog collapsing on a balcony floor. Local animal services and Portland Police arrested the man after reviewing the footage, and prosecutors have now charged him with aggravated animal abuse.
No one capable of this level of violence should ever have access to an animal again.
