Review of the roster change

After the announcement of the change of rosters, people at all sites would like a chance to be heard and float some ideas that would benefit the company and the employees morale, as well as the number of families affected by the decision . The rippling effect of the decision has hit far and we, the people, need to be heard. People who are signing this petition are happy to accept pay cuts and equal time rosters. e.g 2 weeks on 2 weeks off .
