Everyone should make composts

People should sign our petition because they should be more conscious about what they are wasting and throwing away. Not a lot of people understand how many items they throw out every week that can either be recycled or put in the compost. Obviously everything cannot be recycled but the majority can be.
When people throw their waste in the garbage, it goes straight to the landfills that negatively effect the environment because it cannot go anywhere and it is a huge pile of waste and litter. If more people made composts they could put all their food waste in there (check what can be put in there) and their garbage piles would definitely decrease. Also if they start realizing recycling helps decrease their weekly garbage piles then the environment would definitely improve. Eventually once everyone makes composts and start recycling the landfills would decrease and everything would be fine.
