That Irish Animal Shelters Should Receive Dumped Burger Meat

With the recent controversy over the presence of horsemeat in our beef burgers, it's now highly likely that large quantities of this fresh and frozen meat is to be dumped.

However this is excellent nutrition. Times are hard and our cash starved animal shelters are working ever closer to the edge. This meat would prove an invaluable, rare (in every sense of the word!) and highly nutritious addition, improving the lives of thousands of cats and dogs nationwide.
