Demolish CPS and Enforce Domestic Violence

I propose, that we as a nation come together in defense of OUR children.
I want to see CPS and all of its affiliates taken out of business, all social workers who willingly let children die and were not held accountable for thier deaths. Stripped of all creditials and prosecuted for murder.I also want to see law enforcement step upto the plate and start prosecuting those who have injured children under the Domestic Violence Againt Children Laws.
These laws are 10x more strict that the C.A.P.T.A. ever thought of being, and they actually do protect the children from those who would beat them and abuse them. CPS laws state that "they are the biological 3rd parent of the child, and that they are the only ones who knows what is best for the child."
I say here and now in Elko County Nevada - The authorities there have in fact allowed CPS to kill more than 36 children and except for the 2 biollogical parents, and step parents, baby sitters no one else has been found guilty of murdering a child.
Judge Andrew Puccinelli gave custody of a young boy to his father. Knowing that the father was (1) a gang banger (2) a drug dealer (3) a wanna be pimp. The jugde put a restraining order on the mother who had no real criminal history. About 3 months later the boy was dead. The father and his live-in girlfriend, as well as thier babysitter were all arrested and tried for murder and found guilty. Then the judge turned his attentions to the grieving mother. The judge charged her with failure to protect her son ( a restraining order was in place at the time the child died) The judge said that it didnt matter. If she had acted it would have put her in prison (where she obviously belonged) and her son would still be alive. During her trial after the judge said this - she was out on bail. She went home  got a relatives gun from a public area of the house. Went to her room and blew her brains out. The judge in the child custody case and the the judge in the child murder case were the same judge. Andrew Puccennelli. THis man is still on the bench, this man is still able to practice law, and this man is still murdering child. His accomplices are Larry Robb of the E.C CPS office. Niel Harris a retired Sherriff, Dale Lotspeich current Sherriff, Gary Woodbury of the D.A.'s Office And Michael Memeo the only other District court Judge in the county. All traffic court, municpal, justice court, and juvinelle judges answer to the 2 district court judges. In other words the residents of this county can do nothing through the courts - unless the judges are being paid for it.
