Make the U.S. create more laws to protect our animal friends

People over the world are doing things that are hurting animals. They are beaten, abused, made to do many things that we wouldn't make our kids do like smoke or drink, and they are even dragged around hanging from the back of cars until they die. Don't be like the murders in this picture. The ones who decided a picture was more important than this dolphin's life. Is their life really that worthless to you? And why aren't there any laws and regulations to protect them. It doesn't matter if you don't like dogs or cats or any other creature. Please take some time to show that you are not just selfish and you care. Don't just be the sayer, be the do-er.
