This teacher is disrespectful to All children! She treats children like they are dogs and talks to them like they are All stupid and demeans the children as well. She's done nothing but Tried to Fail Any or All the kids she gets in her class. Firing her would give these children a voice to Not have to deal with such inhumane ignorance such as what Mrs Esch has done to A lot of Great kids. She is a Bully and uses her authority to Bully our children. The children that used to have good grades and high self esteem are Now left with Low self esteem and bad grades in her class. Seems to me like she'd rather see the kids fail and Not succeed. Also, whenever a parent calls or approached Esch about their child and their concerns , she belittles the parents like she's above them. She verbally demeans All the previous Science teachers from West Carroll and Calls out All the children that are failing her class in front of All their classmates. Her firing would ease a lot of parents minds knowing we All as parents care about all the children in West Carroll Jr/Sr High School please help by signing this petition and may God Bless y'all
