Demand to fulfill Contractual management duties or end contract with McKay Management

This Petition is designed to seek the removal of the current Property Management company of the Doss Ferry Community located in Kimberly, AL. We the homeowner's request the resignation of McKay Management. The property in question has been suffering from lack of maintenance and upkeep. Security has also been an issue with pool break ins and common area vandalism.

There is $44,942 in the Doss Ferry HOA Union Bank Operating Account and an additional $10,756 in our reserve account. This money is held until all matters have been discussed and resolved. Should a resolution not be met money is to be placed in an account for use by the Doss Ferry HOA to be determined at a later date. No monies shall be used to represent or assist McKay in representation without consent of the committee of residents for Doss Ferry HOA.
