Stop Business Personal Property Tax in Texas

Issue: The state of Texas requires small businesses to fill out a rendition on what equipment they use for their businesses and what the cost or market value is of equipment, office furniture, etc and then taxes the small business on their equipment every year.

Solution: I would like to talk with Senator Bryan Hughes and push for Texas to stop over taxing a.k.a. Taxation without Representation small businesses on equipment that they've already paid taxes on when the items were purchased.
