Add a Support Staff Team for UTDX

Staffs often are busy doing tickets and cannot moderate properly, we should just add a Support Staff Team like other games do, and they would be in charge of doing tickets in the Support Server, making Staffs life easier, and having more time to moderate properly. Not to mention that this is time-consuming, feels unrewarding, and makes the other Staffs stressed, building a bad work environment.
