New laws for pulled deferred prosecutions ; depending what n reason for pulling

I have just received notice that I will be required to have a BLOWNGO on my vehicle for 4 years because my deferred prosecution was pulled DUE TO me missing court DUE TO any mother passing away.... ALL PROVABLE🤨 I HAVE BEEN SOBER SINCE MY DUI and have had 0 violations EXCEPT MISSING MY COURT !!!! Why are we punished with an ALCOHOL RELATED PUNISHMENT .... I also served 4 days in jail for the punishment of the violation of the deferred prosecution and 8 hours community service..... and now 4 YEARS BLOW N GO ???? This is NOT FAIR
