Save the Sanger House!

The historic Casper M. Sanger House (1886), also known as the Dr. Byron Caples Sanitarium, is slated for demolition by owner Catholic Memorial High School. In addition to being an important visual landmark, the Sanger House is an architecturally significant building, distinguished by elaborate, high-quality materials and detailing on par with that found in the Pabst Mansion. It's one of only 33 houses in Waukesha distinguished with individual listing on the National Register of Historic Places.
