Help try to fix NCISD dresscode

because The predominantly male school board chooses what teenage girls should and shouldn't wear which is promoting rape culture and telling girls that their education isnt important if a boy can see part of their leg/shoulders 

also Making the dress code more strict at this time in the year is ridiculous considering everyone has already went school shopping for the dress code that was in session at the beginning of the school year
