Petition Against Permanent Closure of 4th Street NE and 4th Street SE/Heather Heyer Way

Closure of the above street would cause undue inconvenience to downtown guests and adjacent businesses. In the eventual closure of Water Street under Avon Street Bridge for replacement, there would be no alternate route to the South side of the Downtown Charlottesville Mall with out approaching the same from the West end of Downtown Charlottesville from Ridge/McIntire and South Street/Water Street.
