HELP PROTECT THE CHARM AND CHARACTER OF LAKE BLUFF
The Lake Bluff Village Board has decided to disregard the opinions of thousands of Lake Bluff residents and is considering removing the current height limit presently set forth in the PMD ordinance.
Changing current zoning restrictions opens the door for a new developer represented by Brad Anderson to build a three story, 20 unit building on the former PNC Bank location. It also paves the way for other projects to irrevocably change the look and feel of Lake Bluff forever.
Sign the peition and help to retain Lake Bluff's Mayberry charm by letting the Village Board know its not acceptable to turn their backs on the unanimous decision for No 3 on 3.
