RESTORE MARY JOHNSON'S GARDEN PLOT OF 14 YEARS AND HER JOY

Seabrook Island POA board decided to rewrite the agreement that gardener's signed when receiving their garden plot and included wording stating that these plots were only for full time property owners. Mary Johnson is a full time resident having lived on Seabrook Island for over 14 years as a renter. The easiest and most sensible solution is to "Grandfather"Mary Johnson into the agreement, as she is the only renter with a garden plot, that by the way, she has literally invested thousand of hours and dollars into over the years.
