A teacher is the most important source when it comes to education. Different teachers have various teaching styles and it effects how the students learn. Although change is not always a bad thing, it's difficult for students to suddenly adjust to a new teacher half way during the course, who have already become accustomed to a particular teaching method.Therefore, abruptly changing a teacher, whom students have grown fond of, can hinder a student's education.
