Stop the Damn Alaoa Dam

Alaoa Dam will be built inland of Apia by Maagiagi where all the water is collected and provide electricity but the problem is the costs of this project will put Samoa further into debt to foreign banking institutions, the ADB, and the cost of our electricity will not be lowered by this project.
