Taco Bell must open delivery service in Kentucky.

I firmly believe that it is every human's right to eat Taco Bell. The only way that this will truely happen is if Taco Bell expands their delivery service not only to Kentucky but to the rest of the world. It is our right as humans to be able to eat Taco Bell no matter where we are. Thus it is Taco Bell's responsibility and civic duty to provide this. I know my petition is only for Kentucky. But if Taco Bell expands their delivery service to Kentucky it will be their first major step towards worldwide delivery of their heavenly food.
