Prevention of Hall B closing

With the closing of Hall B, many students are left without a room, and prevents others from getting singles and quads. This forces many students to leave campus or in difficult rooming situations if they do not have the option of leaving campus. By preventing the closing of Hall B, all of these problems will be avoided and will not force students into difficult situations.
