Changing Dress Code

Girls in Middle School and High School often have strict dress codes. In Houston,tx many schools have rules where they're only allowed to wear shorts arms length or finger tip length, but is this 2014 ? Is this even suitable for the weather condition. Do you ever go to school and wish you could wear some nike shorts ? Not some old fashion shorts. If it's 90 degrees outside and you don't feel like wearing skinny jeans, wouldn't you want to be comfortable to school ? You should sign this because it honestly sucks going to school and having to wear tight jeans in 90 or higher degrees weather.
