Mandatory holidays off for salesmen/saleswomen

Ever spend the holidays with your family? We would like to as well; however, as you know for every holiday excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas it is mandatory for car salesmen/sales women to work. While you are trying to "get the best deal" we are missing out on precious life moments.
