UHC NM STOP RESRICTIONS DENYING US CARE & RETALIATING & PAY YOUR BILLS !! HUBBY NEEDS URGENT BLADDER SURGERY 2 CLEAR HIM 4 KIDNEY TRANSPLANT!!

UHC is now retaliating against me & making me go through unnecessary hoops for care. Needing another letter of medical necessity from my Dr stating I need a hotel with an elevator ! I am unable to climb stairs with neuropathy COPD & sciatica. A fridge for my meds & place nearby for my special diet for my colon My hubby has been denied his benefits under our secondary special needs plan for Medicare recipients of UHC in NM . The benefits are transportation lodging & a small meal reimbursement He is in end stage kidney failure needing crucial bladder surgery which can only be done by a handful of surgeons a far distance from our area. He was scheduled to have surgery @ Weil Cornell in NYC . They are now saying Mayo Clinic Scottsdale which had a cancellation ! Yet are putting him ( us) through unnecessary hoops to be able to travel. The NYCsurgeon has sent s lettter of medical necessity to the plan. Once again they are risking his ( our) lives & causing undue stress pain & suffering! The surgery is also necesssry to clear him for a live kidney donor transplant through the faith based program Renewal through Weil Cornell to help spread the word to find him a donor within six months to a year instead of several more years of waiting!
