Put an end to double and triple jeopardy.

Its difficult as a convicted felon who for one already paid for his crimes and for two with his debits to society. Once released a free man/ woman they start looking for a job to find out no one will higher convicted felons. The state starts demanding payment for crimes you already did time for. That if not paid by a certain time they will suspend your drivers licenses Indefinitely... Now no job no licenses equals a triple negative for someone released of there dept to society. This is violation of human rights. How can someone continue to be punished for something years after the sentence was ended. Please help stop the system continuing to use people that already paid there debit.
