ideals are important and those surrounding gender equality are significant to say the least but it's also equally important to practice what you preach and to follow the same ideals that you pursue ! However in today's world more and more instances of the trampling and dismantling of historically important institutions and programs such as the military and in this case the "Boy Scouts of America" are seen sadly in order to simply make a statement . so many wonderful programs and groups already exist that cater specifically to the young women of this country which is why there is absolutely no need to impose a unisex policy on one of the few and only programs that has been dedicated for decades to molding and mentoring the young men of our future. Now more than ever is it import for young men to become morally sound individuals in a setting that was designed specifically for them . So Please help in restoring this once great institution to its original roots so that the young boys in this country can be shaped into truly great men in the way this program was intended .
