Funding a foreign exchange program for the underprivileged children in India

Ideas are the future. However, the best of ideas are formed when you let go of yourself and think beyond borders. My generation really is the future of this country and what will happen to it is in our hands. We need ideas that would benefit.
However, a major portion of the Indian society lives under the poverty line. There are such problems because we as a society refuse to let go of traditions and norms, and just for once think outside the box. This means that a major portion of our youth is denied an opportunity to collaborate and contribute to making our society better.
There are hundreds of solutions to this, but I decided to undertake one that I feel would work the best. A foreign exchange programme especially for the underprivileged. Please support this petition so that I can submit an official plea to the education minister of India.
