The Law Known as " At - Will - Employment " Needs to be Amended to Protect Employees and Employers !

As many of you people know that for some people it's hard finding work and with law's such as " At - Will - Employment " is not only making harder to find jobs but to keep them.

The current Law Reads : At-will employment is a term used in U.S. labor law for contractual relationships in which an employee can be dismissed by an employer for any reason (that is, without having to establish "just cause" for termination), and without warning.[1] When an employee is acknowledged as being hired "at will", courts deny the employee any claim for loss resulting from the dismissal. The rule is justified by its proponents on the basis that an employee may be similarly entitled to leave his or her job without reason or warning.[2] In contrast, the practice is seen as unjust by those who view the employment relationship as characterized by inequality of bargaining power.[3]

Our Basic Option is To sign the agreement that we are " At - Will - Employee" or we don't work. They say there is protections but how can the Employee know what is the actual reason of getting fired.

An Amendment needs to be made to give employees more protection from just getting fired for stupid reasons like Looks or Being over weight etc. I know this happens to me and there should be laws against this.

Time to change the Law!!!! Together we can make it where Everyone That wants a job Can work and Find a job Without fear of losing it for a stupid reason !!!
